SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Time

We ship orders using standard delivery methods. Please allow approximately 14 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

 

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet our estimated shipping times, please note that unexpected delays (such as customs processing, supply chain disruptions, or carrier issues) may occur. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control but will do our best to assist if an issue arises.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LeoTac USA Inc., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and warranty policy carefully before initiating a return.

General Return Policy

  • Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in brand-new condition.

  • Original Packaging: All returns must be sent back in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return Authorization (RMA): All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by LeoTac USA Inc. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Warranty Returns / Exchanges

  • Products covered under warranty that are found to be defective may be exchanged only—no refunds will be issued.

  • Warranty claims must include:

    • The original receipt

    • The original packaging

    • A detailed description of the defect or issue

  • Warranty returns are subject to inspection and must be approved by our warranty team before a replacement is issued.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the defective product. If the claim is approved, LeoTac USA Inc. will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • Items missing original packaging, parts, or documentation.

  • Custom or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective under warranty.

Return Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, your refund (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
