Q: I am tax exempt, how do I order on your site?
A: Please email your tax exemption certificate to info@leotacusa.com. One of our representatives will reach out to you about setting up an account.
Q: How do I return a product I purchased on this site?
A: Please call 1 (626)-889-9777 to request an RA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid with the RA number written on the outside of the package. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All products purchased from Leotac USA Incorporated, unless specified, carry a 30 day return policy. Any returned products must be shipped in the packaging it was sent with.
Q: Can I ship to an APO, AFO or PO Box?
A: Yes, please call 1 (626)-889-9777 for a quote.
Q: Can I ship to an international address?
A: At this time Leotac USA Incorporated does not fulfill personal international orders. However, we do fulfill any and all orders for foreign governments, agencies, and departments. Please reach out to info@leotacusa.com for assistance.
