The Kubaton is a genericized trademark for self-defense keychain weapon. The body of the Kubaton is lined with six round grooves with a screw eye or swivel and split ring attachment at one end for keys. Available in Black, White, Blue, and Pink.

This is the same Kubotan that Takayuki Kubota sells through his International Karate Association. Over the years, there have been many imitations, but none has improved upon the original design--a simple keychain, until you need it to be something else. Whether you're a law-enforcement, corrections, or security officer, a martial artist, or simply a person concerned with your personal safety, I highly recommend this "instrument of attitude adjustment." I also recommend Kubota's books and videos.
